One winner will be chosen each week during the Best of Orange County voting period. To be entered into the drawing you must complete the form above EACH WEEK and vote for Facial Aesthetic Concepts as the in the Best of Orange County Reader poll in the Cosmetic Surgeon category.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the raffle.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
