By participating in the giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Aesthetic Practice Management Professionals, LLC ("Sponsor”).

* In order to be eligible to win, you must post a selfie alone or with someone you would like to win with and tag that person, tell us what you would like to win on your post, and tag @FacialAestheticConcepts on your post and use the hashtag #FACselfie. Also, tag the person you would like to win with in the comment section of the giveaway post along with what treatment you would like to win and why.

* Winner will receive a complimentary treatment of up to 35 units of Botox ($385 value) OR a Juvederm 1.0mL filler ($589 value) which is to be used in one visit by the selected winners that have been contacted only. The prize cannot be given to someone else. The total of units the winner receives is dependent on the providers recommendation. If the winner does not use all 35 units remaining units and/or value cannot be saved for use on a future visit or be transferred to another person. If the selected winner needs more then 35 units or 1.omL of Juvederm he/she is responsible to pay for additional units/syringes unless stated otherwise.

* Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the giveaway period by an Aesthetic Practice Management Professionals, LLC (“APMP”) employee. The giveaway will close by 11:59pm on June 21, 2019, unless otherwise stated and entries after this time will not be accepted.

*Winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook message on June 24, 2019. The selected winner will accept the prize by responding to our message agreeing to accept the prize and agreeing to the terms and conditions. The selected winners will have 24 hours to respond to the message. Any winner notification message not responded to or not able to be delivered may result in prize forfeiture.

*Your chance of winning varies on the amount of eligible entries. Winner has up to 3 months to use their prize in any of our 3 offices. After 3 months the prize will no longer be valid, unless stated otherwise.

* Upon winning, the winner will be responsible for providing us with their information needed to enter them as a patient within our system that way we can schedule him/her for a Botox or Juvederm treatment specified above. If the winner refuses to provide us with their information, they will forfeit their prize. If the winner is already in our system after being contacted and agreeing to accept their prize, we will move forward to scheduling him/her.

* Prize cannot be transferred to another person, redeemed for cash, or substituted for another treatment. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

* If you have not received Botox or Filler in our office before, our provider has the right to deny service based on her evaluation of you, as treatments are not suited for everyone. If your treatment is denied we may find an alternative treatment or service for you to receive.
