Dr. Gangnes specializes exclusively in facial cosmetic surgery and has over 40 years of experience in this dynamic, evolving area of medical art and science. He is double board certified and a clinical professor at the University of California Irvine, teaching aspiring surgeons the art of facial plastic surgery.

With an increasing significance of the non-surgical aesthetic arts, including laser medicine and surgery and dermatologic skin care, he has been able to develop a comprehensive approach to the art and science of facial aesthetics by incorporating these disciplines into Facial Aesthetic Concepts. He believes a rested, natural, engaging, and vibrant appearance is always the primary goal of aesthetic medicine, using the least invasive procedures to achieve the greatest results.

Dr. Brandon’s passion for helping patients look and feel their best is what initially drove him to the field of Facial Plastic Surgery. His artistic eye provides his patients a natural and refreshed appearance. Dr. Brandon always strives to provide a comfortable and collaborative experience for every individual patient, combining personal attentive care with flawless results. His meticulous approach to plastic surgery delivers his patients a natural and balanced result, while achieving each individual’s unique aesthetic goals.

Dr. Brandon continues to be actively involved in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery research, co-authoring several journal publications, book chapters, and is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Do I Need a Consultation?

The consultation is an individualized process that allows the patient not only to relay aesthetic concerns, but to establish comfort with our practice.

The consultation is a learning process for both you and your surgeon. The surgeon able to learn about you, what brought you to the office and how he can effectively achieve your desired results. You are getting comfortable with your surgeon and his individualized approach to achieving your goals.

Consultations are not necessarily treatment focused, the goal is to engage in a conversation and uncover areas that 'bother' you. You may leave with a treatment plan that is different than the one you had as you searched through our website.

The key importance is not what treatment you want, but what concerns you want to address. There can be underlying causes to your concern that need to be treatment with a unique approach.

After we uncover what 'bothers' you, you will then discuss the underlying causes of your concerns and from there the treatment options that will be address your concern.
